Skid Row on 3:45 live

Haha, flashback time.  I remember seeing this interview on 3:45 Live when I was young(er).  Funny to see Sebastian Bach has pretty much always been drunk (it would seem).  Also interesting is hearing Phil Keoghan speaking with his real accent, pre-fake American accent developed for presenting The Amazing Race ;)
